NINTENDO LAUNCH OF POKÉMON™ BLACK VERSION & POKÉMON™ WHITE VERSION
Aldergrove – The Greater Vancouver Zoo is thrilled to welcome Nintendo for their launch of Pokémon™ Black Version & Pokémon™ White Version.
WHAT: Nintendo invites Pokémon™ fans of all ages to celebrate the launch of Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version at Pokémon Black & White Day events in select locations across Canada on Sunday, March 6th.
In Vancouver, fans are invited to the Greater Vancouver Zoo, which has over 600 different animals and 135 species on 120 acres in the beautiful Fraser Valley – where the first 100 fans who demonstrate their passion for Pokémon by wearing black and white and/or their favourite Pokémon gear will be admitted for FREE.
Once inside the Pokémon Black & White Day Zone, fans will have the chance to check out the new games with Nintendo reps while those who bring their own Nintendo DS™ and Pokémon games can trade their Pokémon characters as well as game-play tips and tricks with other fans from 1pm to 4pm.
Available for the Nintendo DS family of systems, Pokémon Black Version and Pokémon White Version launch on March 6, 2011 in Canada. Pokémon Black & White Day events are also taking place at the Royal Tyrell Museum in Calgary, the Montreal Science Centre and Reptilia in Toronto.
