School Bookings

Welcome to the Greater Vancouver Zoo!  Please fill out the following pre-registration form to help us to meet your specific group needs, and our Education Department will contact you to confirm details and discuss the deposit to reserve your space.

What date were you wanting to bring your group to the Zoo?
If we are unable to accommodate your group on the date you have requested, we may need to schedule your group for a different date. Please list any other possible date(s) above.
What time will your group be arriving at the Zoo?
If multiple grade levels separate with a comma
Please indicate the number of students in your group.
Please indicate the number of adults in your group, including special needs assistants.
Please indicate the number of seniors in your group. If you have no seniors in your group, please enter "0". 
If you would like to take a narrated tour on our Safari Express Miniature Train, how many seats do you require (including wheelchair passengers)? Please fill in "0" if your group is not taking the train. Train passenger numbers are final. Please ensure numbers are correct.
Train Ride
If your group is taking a narrated tour on our Safari Express Miniature Train, what time would you prefer? Please note that times are approximate; our Safari Express Miniature Train runs every 20 minutes. Leave this section blank if your group is not taking the train.
Educational Program
Please include your email address or fax number so we can confirm the details of your registration. If you do not have an email address or fax number, please include the address where you'd like the confirmation mailed to.
Please include any additional details, such as: if you are wanting lunch at a specific time, what time you would like your train ride, special needs assistants and any other additional information that would help us with the organization of your visit.
