**"Quarters for Conservation" program was started to generate funds for supporting field conservation projects for endangered species in BC, Canada and internationally. As part of this program all of our visitors are invited to participate in choosing which projects receive funding. For further details of our current projects please visit our "conservation" section of our website.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and Traveller's Cheques (must provide a valid passport or driver's license as identification).
People with disabilities will pay regular admission rates as stated above, while if they require assistance from an "aid or attendant"; complimentary admission will be provided to their aid or attendant into the Zoo.
In addition, t
he Greater Vancouver Zoo is also a proud partner of the Access 2 Entertainment program. Within this program people with disabilities that require an aid or attendant are provided with a A2E card. The A2E card is acccepted at entertainment venues across Canada. To join this program or to get further information please visit www.access2card.ca or call 1-877-376-6362.
Parking Information
You may park in the lower south lot when you first enter into the zoo or drive through to the upper north lot by driving in the left driveway. Please note: the right pathway is for people walking.
Please ensure that you check and remember your parking stall number before leaving your vehicle as you will need to provide that number to the parking meters that are located just past the front admission to the left, when you enter the zoo. The parking meters will ask for your parking stall number and accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and coins ($2, $1, $0.25, $0.10 and $0.05). No bills are accepted.Cost is $6 for the whole day.
You will not be required to display your ticket receipt on your vehible as long as your stall number that you entered is correct. If by chance you entered an incorrect stall number, then you will need to go back to your vehicle and display your ticket receipt face up on your dash.
The Zoo's parking is maintained and monitored on a regular basis by Impark, although we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in your vehicles so; PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE in them.

We have three beautiful areas within the picnic/park area of the zoo to have your an event or function and you have three options to choose from:
AREA A - includes one covered gazebo along with water and electricity are available.
This area is approximately 1500 m2 and is $25 to rent
 | AREA B - includes two covered gazebos, water and electricity are available. The area is approximately 2000 m2 and is $50 to rent

AREA C - this is a very large open space. Directly located off Lemur Island. The area is approximately 2500 m2 and is $75 to rent. |  |

*Membership includes: unlimited admission, free train, (except special events), free parking and 10% off Gift Shop purchases and food concession. Online memberships are not available at this time.
